Our second pop-up bakery hosted by The Essential Baking Co. was wildly successful, selling out in less than an hour! We didn't anticipate how in demand our flat breads would be. We are so grateful to all those who came to the pop-up and who were extremely patient with us and the process of bread baking. We learned a lot, that's for sure!
Now that our first two pop-ups are under our belt we're taking a hiatus to re-group and re-coup from a busy few months. Stay tuned to see where we pop-up next!
Earlier this month we paid our sweet grandmother a visit and asked her to show us how she prepares some of our favorite pastries and breads that we remember from childhood. The process was insightful and definitely helped us prepare for our next pop-up bakery, which will feature breads!
July 8th marked our inaugural pop-up bakery, which was sponsored and hosted by The Essential Baking Co. An estimated 150 people came out to support our new venture.
